Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Once your order is shipped, we will email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number to enable you to track your package at all times.

Delivery dates indicated at checkout or in the order confirmation email are estimates only and shall not be deemed final by the Vendor.  The Vendor will not be liable for failure to ship or deliver the products as estimated, and you will not be entitled to any refunds or cancellation of orders as a result of delayed shipment.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

RENTED DRESSES

You must return your YPB rental dress subject to adherence to these terms:

 

Once you place an order for a rental piece, we will email you the specific date it must be shipped back to us. We will provide a returns label for you and we will be able to track once it has been shipped, so we will see if the item has been shipped on time. There are no exchanges available on the rental pieces, unless you come to the studio in person.

 

Items must come back, after your rental period, in good condition. We are aware that general wear (such as a little makeup/sweat) will happen, but it won't be acceptable if we receive the items in a dirty very worn or broken/torn condition. You must take care of the dress around different foods, drinks and outdoor elements such as mud and grass. 

All items will undergo further quality control upon return. If for any reason your item does not pass QC, Customer Service will contact you with your options. Keep in mind that if the item doesn't pass these checks, you may be charged for damaged garments.

PURCHASED DRESSES

You may return your YPB ready-to-wear purchase subject to adherence to these terms:

 

Returns are accepted within 7 days of you receiving your garment. Please contact our team at yourpearlbridal@gmail.com to arrange for your item to be returned. Once confirmed, we must receive your item within 14 days if located in the UK or 21 days if located overseas. Items must be in original condition free of makeup, marks and stains, and must not have been worn, altered or washed. Any tags must remain in place. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you can exchange items within our specified timeframe. Please try on the gown after a shower to avoid contact with moisturiser, deodorant or makeup. Additionally, please try on your gown on clean, carpeted or tiled flooring.

All items will undergo further quality control upon return. If for any reason your item does not pass QC, Customer Service will contact you with your options.
