Welcome to Your Pearl Bridal Limited (referred to as "YPB").

These Terms and Conditions form the legal agreement ("Agreement") between you and Your Pearl Bridal Limited regarding the purchase of our goods and services.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Throughout this Agreement, "you" or "your" refers to the customer, and "we," "us," or "our" refers to Your Pearl Bridal Limited.

Please note that all goods remain the property of Your Pearl Bridal Limited until full payment has been received.

 

 

Modification of terms

 

Your Pearl Bridal Limited shall have right at any time and without prior notice, at its sole discretion, to revise these Terms or to impose new terms and conditions with respect to access to or use of the Site.

 

Such revisions and additions shall be effective immediately upon notice thereof, which may be given by any means, including, but not limited to, posting the revised or additional terms and conditions at https://www.yourpearlbridal.co.uk or providing notice through the Site.

 

You should check the Site periodically for any modification to these Terms. By using the Site after we post changes to these Terms, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you actually reviewed them. No modification to these Terms by any party other than YPB shall be enforceable against YPB unless expressly agreed to by YPB in writing.

 

Your Pearl Bridal services

Our Service allows customers to access the Site and purchase or borrow products from YPB in accordance with these Terms of Use. The customer can choose products to borrow from our expansive on-line selection, and have them shipped to the customer's address. This is done with a return date. We reserve the right to limit the number of items that a member may borrow at any time.

The shipping and return policies that apply to your order are outlined on our Shipping and Returns page, available on the website.

Delivery time for products you have selected to borrow may vary based upon (a) inventory availability, (b) your delivery address, (c) when you place an order, and (d) other circumstances impacting delivery. Accordingly, YPB makes no guarantees as to actual delivery time. The risk of loss for items shipped passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We will send you an email letting you know when your product is shipped.

If a product is returned in a damaged or dirty condition that exceeds normal wear and tear, as determined by YPB in its sole discretion, you agree that YPB may invoice you for the full cost of replacing such product as well as charge you the full amount of any lost earnings or incurred costs resulting from the damage. The product replacement fee will vary depending on the specifics of each dress and its amount is to the full discretion of YPB.

 

Under no circumstances are customers to attempt to clean any products themselves (i.e. dresses, bags, etc) by any means (dry cleaned or otherwise). If done so, YPB reserves the right to invoice for part or full replacement value of the items and charge you the full amount of any potential lost earnings or incurred costs regardless of whether any damage has been caused.

Billing

When you borrow a dress you will be required to provide YPB with accurate, complete and current credit card information for a valid credit card that you are authorized to use. By signing up for the Service, you authorize YPB to bill your credit card the applicable fees, per-item or borrowing fees, shipping charges, any and all applicable taxes, and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the Service. The applicable fees will be charged to your credit card on the date your purchase is made. If your dress is not returned on the due return date agreed when the purchase was made, YPB will charge your credit card for each overdue day, at the rate set for that dress as stated on the site, until a return shipment has been booked by the customer and YPB are notified by the courier company.

If YPB does not receive payment from your credit card provider or if your credit card expires or is rejected, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand. YPB reserves the right to take all steps necessary to collect amounts due from you, including but not limited to using third party collection agencies. YPB reserves the right to correct any errors or mistakes that it makes even if it has already requested or received payment.

You are solely responsible for any and all fees charged to your credit card by the issuer, bank, or financial institution including, but not limited to, overdraft, insufficient funds, and over the credit limit fees. You agree to notify us about any billing problems or discrepancies within 90 days after they first appear on your account statement. If you do not bring them to our attention within 90 days, you agree that you waive your right to dispute such problems or discrepancies.

 

Terms and conditions of sale

 

YPB offers products for sale on the Website and its other services exclusively to adult users of the Website who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (the “Users” or “you”) for personal use and not for resale.

YPB reserves the right not to process orders for any or no reason, including without limitation orders that do not comply with YPB’s business policies, such as orders for which there are reports or suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity. In such cases, the order will be considered null and void, and YPB will inform the User in writing that the order will not be filled.

How to place an order and our contract with you

To place an order for one or more products on yourpearlbridal.co.uk, you must add items to your shopping cart, enter your billing/shipping address, select your delivery option and choose your payment method to complete your order.

Before proceeding to purchase, we ask that you carefully read the Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Shipping and Return Policy. You may wish to print a copy and keep it safe for your own personal use.

Before completing your purchase, on the order confirmation page, we will provide you with:

  • a link to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Shipping and Return Policy;

  • a summary of the main characteristics of each product ordered and an itemised list of  each product’s unit price (including all applicable fees and taxes);

  • the total amount to be paid and the applicable terms of payment;

  • available payment methods;

  • shipping methods, name of carrier, mode of transportation, place of delivery and shipping and delivery costs (including any additional fees you may be charged if you choose expedited shipping or shipping different from standard shipping);

  • the currency in which amounts are expressed.

 

The order shall be deemed completed when YPB receives your order in the database, the order information has been verified as correct and YPB accepts the order by sending an automatic acknowledgement of receipt. YPB shall not be bound to supply any products which may have been part of your order until the order of such products has been confirmed in the shipment confirmation email.

 

By placing an order, you unconditionally accept the provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as the other Website policies, including the General Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy and the Shipping and Return Policy. Should you not agree with certain provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Sale or any other Website policies, please do not complete your purchase on yourpearlbridal.co.uk.

Payment 

Payment of the price of the products, shipping and delivery costs must be made using one of the methods indicated on the payment page.

If paying by credit/debit card, your credit card information, such as credit card number and expiration date, will be sent via an encrypted protocol to the banks which provide remote electronic payment services to YPB. Except as provided in YPB’s Privacy Policy, these details will not be used by YPB except for processing your purchase order, issuing refunds in the event any products are returned, or for reporting cases of fraud on the Website to the competent authorities. The price of the products, delivery costs and applicable sales taxes indicated on the order summary page will be charged to your account when YPB is ready to ship the products.

Regardless of your shopping destination and the currency you shop in, your bank may charge you an international transaction fee. YPB is not responsible for any such fee or charge.

Relationship between Your Pearl Bridal and iStitch


Your Pearl Bridal Limited operates under the trading name iStitch.

Certain parts of our website, including sections such as “Shop Dresses” and “Dress Alterations,” may direct you to pages branded as iStitch. While these sections may appear under a different name, please note that iStitch is not a separate entity—it is simply a trading name used by Your Pearl Bridal Limited.

All sales, rentals, services, customer communications, and data handling conducted under the iStitch name are fully managed and processed by Your Pearl Bridal Limited. By interacting with these iStitch-branded pages, you are engaging with the same organisation, under the same ownership, and governed by the same Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Shipping and Returns Policy outlined on our website.

Any product or service offered under the iStitch name is covered by the same contractual obligations and consumer protections as those offered under Your Pearl Bridal.
